Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by [hosting provider, e.g. Cloudflare Inc. / Netlify Inc.]. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; any transfer to the US relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made.

Access request (form)

If you enter your email address in the form, we store it together with the shop name you may have typed into the demo. We use this only to contact you about Vonta Pay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual request). There is no newsletter. Form data is processed by [Netlify Inc. – Netlify Forms] and deleted once your request is handled.

Contact by email

When you write to us, we process your details to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies. Email provider: [e.g. Google Workspace / Proton].

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to sebastian@kivopay.de. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.

Payments via Vonta Pay

This notice covers the website only. Payments in our partner shops' checkouts are governed by a separate privacy notice linked there.
